Residential estates expert wins award for exceptional customer service
Laura Blackwell Shaw, a partner in our residential estates team, has won a Brilliant People Customer Service Award from the Crown Estate in the category of ‘Simplicity’.
Laura was nominated by the Crown Estate. They said “Customer service is at the heart of everything we do at the Crown Estate and your help in simplifying processes for our customers goes a long to us achieving this.” Laura attended a breakfast on Friday, 5 April where she and the other winners were thanked in person by Alison Nimmo, CEO of the Crown Estate.
Laura commented: “The recognition of customer service was SO appreciated. It is really nice to know that efforts are recognised and makes it all feel genuinely worthwhile. And the breakfast! Cannot remember when I have had such a treat to start the day”.
